Afterschool Programs
Here at Razi, we believe in positive youth development and academic support. We strive to do this not only in the classroom but also out of the classroom. That is why we offer a diverse list of options for our afterschool programs. From arts to sports and recreation to mentoring, all students will have the opportunity be engrossed in their community after school hours are over.

Model UN
Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real world issues with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country. For example, a student may be assigned the United Kingdom and will have to solve global topics such as nuclear non-proliferation or climate change from the policies and perspectives of the United Kingdom.
Journalism
Journalism provides the opportunity to always keep readers interested with engaging writings and captivating narratives. Art Appreciation & Photo Composition
Join an enthusiastic group of individuals brought together by a common passion. Our art club dives deep into art foundation, art elements and principles of composition and design. With opportunities for field trips to NYC museums this club will show you everything there is about art!
Recreational Basketball
Join our basketball team with coach Ken! Training with the team prepares you for in school 3v3 sessions as well as local competitions against other schools. What better way to show school spirit if not through sports?
Leadership
The leadership club offers opportunities in community service experience, leadership training and pubic speaking. Our goal is to train our students in team work, project management, and positive impact on your local community.
